Model overview

The Nissan Almera is a vehicle nameplate practiced by the Japanese carmaker Nissan from 1995 onwards. It was basically the European export variant of the present Nissan Pulsar, the prime generation, and of the Nissan Bluebird Sylphy, the second generation.

The name is currently also being used for some other variants of the car: the South Korean-produced Samsung SM3; the Nissan Latio, throughout the Southeast Asian shops; the second-generation Nissan Bluebird Sylphy in Russia.

The Nissan Versa is available in three trim levels: S, SV, and SR. All trim levels come equipped by a 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine (122 horsepower and 114 lb-ft of torque) and front-wheel drive. Generally, the SV and the SR combine more cosmetic, convenience, and safety traits. There's just one package possible on the SR trim, which makes it easy to get a Versa with the characteristics you want.
