Model overview

The Buick Terraza is a minivan that was sold by Buick from 2005 to 2007 and was a badge-engineered version of the Chevrolet, Pontiac, and Saturn minivans build upon the U platform.

The Buick was launched with one powertrain, a 3.5 L V6 engine that produces 200 hp (149 kW) and 220 lb·ft (298 N·m) of torque, accelerating from 0-60 mph in 9 seconds. For the 2006 model year, a 3.9 L V6, generating 240 hp (179 kW) and 240 lb·ft (332 Nm) torque was introduced. It was equipped with leather seats, wood trim on the boards, steering wheel, and gear shift knob.

As of 2007, the 3.5 L V6 engine was abandoned, leaving the 3.9 L as the default powertrain. The optional AWD system was also abandoned because it couldn't control the torque of the 3.9 L engine. Instead, a variant of the 3.9 L V6 engine became available.
