Model overview

Mazda CX-70 is a version of the original CX-90 model with two-row seating, with the same bodywork, body length, and engine options as the original. The CX-70 was introduced at the beginning of 2024, featuring minor styling differences compared to the CX-90. Some of the differences between the two include unique wheel designs, front and rear bumper designs, black exterior accents, and interior color schemes.

All nonhybrid CX-70 models come powered by a turbocharged 3.3-liter inline-six engine that generated 280 horsepower in base form and 340hp in the Sport trim paired with an eight-speed automatic gearbox. 

The CX-70 is expected to offer similar performance to the CX-90, with slightly quicker acceleration due to its slightly lighter weight.  Its Turbo S Premium Plus trim can achieve 0-60 mph in around 6 seconds.
