Model overview

The Hyundai Venue is a subcompact crossover SUV produced by Hyundai and derived from the platform of its Accent model. The Venue is Hyundai's smallest crossover and was launched at the 2019 New York International Auto Show. The Venue is slotted between the Hyundai Kona and Hyundai Creta in India and other markets where the Creta is marketed.

In the North American market, the Venue is equipped with a 1.6-liter gasoline inline-four engine delivering 121 horsepower and 113 lb-ft of torque. A 6-speed manual transmission will be available only on base SE trim while the Intelligent Variable Transmission (IVT) will be available to the upper trims (SEL and Denim). The Venue will be available solely with front-wheel drive.
