Model overview

The Lincoln MKX is a mid-size luxury SUV sold by the Lincoln division of Ford. In making as 2007, the MKX ("X" holds for "crossover") is the prime crossover SUV offered by Lincoln and is presently in its second generation. Originally the smallest Lincoln SUV, it was positioned within the MKC and the MKT. 

For the 2019 model year, the second-generation MKX experienced a mid-cycle update, taking on the Lincoln Nautilus nameplate. Using the design of the fresh launched Continental and Navigator, the Nautilus transitioned to a square grille with a big Lincoln star emblem. Therefore, the Nautilus is now slotted within the Aviator and the MKC (also known as the Corsair for the 2020 model year upwards). 

The Lincoln Nautilus comes in three trim levels: base, Reserve, and Black Label. Each is powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine (250 horsepower, 280 lb-ft of torque) and paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission, replacing the previous 6-speed.
