Model overview

The Infiniti Q50 is a compact executive vehicle produced by Nissan and sold under their Infiniti brand. It replaces the Infiniti G sedan. The model was launched in 2013 at North American International Auto Show and went on sale in the same year.

The design of the Q50 remains similar to the 2009 Infiniti Essence concept and the production 2011 Infiniti M. The Q50 is also available as a hybrid model but was withdrawn for the 2019 model year.

The Infiniti Q50 comes in five trim levels: 3.0t Pure, 3.0t Luxe, Edition 30, 3.0t Sport, and Red Sport 400. The Q50 is powered by a standard engine of a 208-hp turbocharged four-cylinder. A more powerful variant of 300-hp twin-turbo V-6 comes next. Each powertrain is mated with a seven-speed automatic transmission. The V-6 version accelerates zero to 60 mph in 5 seconds flat.
