Model overview

The Infiniti Q50 is a compact executive sedan that followed the Infiniti G sedan and is built by Nissan's Infiniti luxury brand. The new model was introduced in 2013 at the North American International Auto Show and went on sale later that year.

The Infiniti Q50 hybrid model debuted in 2013 at the Shanghai Auto Show. It was powered by a 3.5-liter gasoline engine coupled with an electric motor. Early European models combined rear and all-wheel-drive modes. Infiniti stopped the Q50 Hybrid after the 2018 model year.

The Infiniti Q50 Hybrid was available in the following styles: Hybrid LUXE 4dr Sedan (3.5L 6cyl gas/electric hybrid 7A), and Hybrid LUXE 4dr Sedan AWD (3.5L 6cyl gas/electric hybrid 7A). They came paired with a 7-speed shiftable automatic in either rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive.
