Overview:Mini (stylized as MINI) is a British automotive marque, held by BMW as 2000, and used by them for a series of small vehicles. The word Mini has been used in vehicle model titles since 1959, and in 1969 it became a marque in its own right when the name "Mini" substituted the separate "Austin Mini" and "Morris Mini" automobile model names. BMW bought the marque in 1994 when it acquired Rover Group (previously British Leyland), which owned Mini, amid other brands.
The Mini Hatch (stylized as MINI hatch, or MINI Hardtop in the US), also known as Mini Cooper, Mini One, or simply the Mini, is a three-door or five-door hatchback first launched in late 2000, with a second-generation introduced in 2006 and a third-generation model introduced in 2014.
