Model overview

The Maserati Grecale is a front-engine, five-door compact luxury crossover SUV produced and sold by the Maserati subdivision of Stellantis. The production is expected to begin in 2022 at the company's Cassino Plant. Internally specified M182, the Grecale shares the platform with the Alfa Romeo Stelvio and the fifth-generation Jeep Grand Cherokee.

The nameplate Grecale comes from the Mediterranean breeze, Gregale.

The Grecale has a substantial selection of powertrains. Every engine mates with an eight-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive. The standard trim is a 296-hp turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder with a high-output version with 325 horses available on the Modena trim level.

The Trofeo trim defines the lineup's performance courtesy of a twin-turbo 3.0-liter V-6 producing 523 horsepower and 457 pound-feet of torque.
