Model overview

The Maserati GranTurismo and GranCabrio are a range of grand tourers built by the Italian carmaker Maserati from 2007 through 2019. They replaced the similar 2-door Maserati Coupé, and Spyder offered by the maker. The model was originally powered by a 4.2-liter V8 engine produced in association with Ferrari. 

Revealed in 2007 at the Geneva Motor Show, was originally powered by a 4.2-liter V8 engine produced in association with Ferrari. The engine produced a maximum power output of 405 PS and was paired to a 6-speed ZF. The 2+2 body design also shared with the Maserati Quattroporte V originates from the Maserati platform. 

The Maserati GranTurismo comes in two trim levels. The base Sport is comfort-oriented, while the MC's has a sportier feel. Each trim is equipped with a 4.7-liter V8 producing 454 horsepower and 384 pound-feet of torque and paired a six-speed automatic transmission. The GranTurismo exclusively comes in rear-wheel drive.
