Model overview

The Genesis GV60 is a subcompact luxury crossover SUV powered by electric battery made by Genesis, the luxury vehicle marque of Hyundai. Is slotted under the GV70 and is the first Genesis model to be developed on the Hyundai Electric Global Modular Platform (E-GMP).

Genesis unveiled model in April and released globally on 30th September 2021. Powertrain components include a single-motor application for lower trim levels and a dual-motor all-wheel-drive model for the high end trim.

Three different powertrains will be available, but only the all-wheel-drive configurations with dual motors will be available at the GV60's launch. The Advanced model produces a combined 314 hp while the Performance trim makes 429 hp; that output can be temporarily increased to 483 horsepower though the Performance model's Boost mode. With that driving mode in use, we the GV60 will be capable of reaching to 60 mph in just 3.4 seconds.
