Model overview
The Maserati Ghibli is a mid-size sedan built by Italian automobile carmaker Maserati as 2013. The car was revealed to the public in 2013 at the Shanghai Motor Show. The name Ghibli comes from the hot dry south-westerly breeze of the Libyan sand.
The Maserati Ghibli comes in three trim levels: base, GranLusso, and GranSport. The base model is quite equipped. From there, clients can opt for the more luxurious GranLusso or the more sporty GranSport model.
The base Ghibli is powered by a turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 engine producing 345 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque. It drives the rear wheels through an eight-speed automatic gearbox. The same powertrain as in the S model, though it's more powerful delivering 424 hp and 428 lb-ft of torque. The S Q4 trim introduces all-wheel-drive to the S model.
