Model overview

The Infiniti QX60 (previously named the Infiniti JX till 2013) is a seven-passenger mid-size SUV manufactured by the Infiniti division of Japanese carmaker Nissan. It's built on an extended Nissan Murano platform.

For the 2014 model year, a hybrid version was launched. The hybrid is equipped with a supercharged 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine paired with h an electric motor, producing a total output of 250 hp and 243 lb-ft hp of torque. The electric motor adds 20 hp and 29 lb-ft. 

The QX60 Hybrid was abandoned in 2017 for the 2018 model year, 3 years after the Nissan Pathfinder Hybrid was stopped in 2014 for the 2014 model year. Hybrid variants will be readded in 2021 as part of Nissan's electrification programs. The QX60 and QX60 Hybrid were the original automobiles to employ Nissan's Continuously Variable Transmission.
