Model overview

The Chevrolet Suburban is a full-size SUV from Chevrolet. The SUV has been one of General Motors' most profitable automobile and the longest continuously used vehicle nameplate in making. 

The Suburban was also manufactured under the GMC brand until the GMC version was rebranded as the Yukon XL. It was also briefly sold as a Holden. For recent years, the Suburban has been a station wagon-bodied version of the Chevrolet pickup truck, including the Chevrolet C/K and Silverado series of truck-based vehicles.

The GMC Yukon XL is a large three-row SUV and comes in four trim levels: SLE, SLT, AT4, and Denali. Most Yukon models are equipped with a 5.3-liter V8 (355 horsepower, 383 lb-ft of torque). The Denali is powered by a 6.2-liter V8 engine (420 hp, 460 lb-ft). All engines are matched to a 10-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive is by default, and four-wheel-drive is optional except on the AT4 trim, where it's usual.
