The Buick Rainier is a mid-size five-door SUV that was produced by General Motors and sold by Buick for model years 2004-2007, substituting the Oldsmobile Bravada.

The Rainier debuted in 2003 for the 2004 model year and was one of only five GM SUVs to offer a V8 powertrain. Both rear and all-wheel drive models were available and comes in two trim levels: CXL and CXL Plus. It is powered by a standard 4.2L I6 engine with 275 horsepower and 277 lb-ft of torque along with an optional 5.3L V8 engine producing 290 horsepower and 330 lb-ft of torque.
